Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Utilize regional marketing strategy and insights to create a hyper-local marketing plan best suited for your country’s unique challenges and opportunities
  2. Create and execute local marketing campaigns & partnerships to further drive brand awareness and brand love - this will include everything from event activations to influencer programs
  3. Evaluate and assess implications of marketing business impact in region
  4. Implement a regional/country test-and-learn approach, defining any region-specific campaign learning frameworks and testing new measurement & research platforms as necessary
  5. Report regional/country marketing performance, including analysis of likely performance drivers and any recommended adjustments to strategy going forward
  6. Set campaign and social KPIs
  7. Develop and nurture relationships with influencers - including bloggers, youtubers, media partners and industry thought leaders
  8. Responsible for managing all operations within a country - this involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing and executing complex projects. You can prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward. You've proven your ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change. You understand why it’s important to incorporate broader business objectives into your work and can then articulate your strategy to internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Good eye for creative and marketing opportunities
  • Partnership negotiation and stakeholder management preferred
  • 2+ years' experience plus relevant education
  • Startup attitude and a passion for building new products and businesses
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization
  • Fluency in Chinese is plus
