Business Development Associate – Full time or part time

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact the growth of our business, seeing meaningful results to your work.
Highly motivated self-starter with hustle and excellent communication skills.
Resilient and hardworking, with a hunger to be successful.
Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must, with Mandarin an advantage.
Minimum 1-2 yrs experience in sales/business development roles, preferably in recruitment.
You at Vanna:
You’ll help drive the full sales cycle: research companies, approach potential clients through email and calls, set up sales meetings and articulate Vanna’s value proposition to key decision makers.
You’ll develop a deep understanding of Vanna’s products and how our expertise can help clients stand out and hire the best talent.
You’ll seek creative ways to win new business and exceed sales targets.
You’ll help some of HK’s most exciting businesses redefine their hiring strategy to be at the forefront of talent acquisition and retention.

Equity part is negotiable.
Salary range / month : HK$ 20k-40k
