- Responsible for client servicing and new account development
- Work closely with Senior Management in identifying, prospecting and developing new accounts. You will get to work closely with the director in conceptualising ideas and executing projects.
- Develop a wider client base and foster relationship with existing clients to grow the business.
- Consistently achieve business targets
- Engage customers proactively and regularly
- Generating business leads and following up on business opportunities
- Reaching out to potential customers and building relationships
- Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows and conferences.
- Maintaining database of prospective client information
- Exceeding monthly business sales targets
- Collaborating with Senior Management on business goals, planning, and forecasting
- Minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma
- Good communication and people skills – communication platforms include email, phone, social media and in person with both local and international clients.
- Energetic, passionate and comfortable with customer facing
