Clickful is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and to help build out our ad automation product. Clickful is an AI-powered end-to-end digital advertising platform allowing businesses in Asia to set up, automate and optimize their ad campaigns quickly and easily.
The ideal candidate should have experience in running large-scale inbound and outbound marketing campaigns in Asia. We are looking for a leader who will drive marketing initiatives across the company. Due to the product being advertising technology, the candidate will also have influence on core aspects of the platform. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on overall company roadmap and performance.
Plan and execute inbound marketing strategy, including content, email marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization and branding
Plan and conduct paid advertising campaigns to generate demand and conversions for Clickful
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to create and produce content, including video assets
Measure and continue to improve ongoing marketing strategies based on campaign results and ROI
Strategize and execute A/B tests that may touch on on-site messaging, email engagement, landing pages, pricing, advertising
Guide or edit copy crafted by others on the team to ensure it reflects and maintain the brand voice and copy style across all channels
Strategise and lead outbound marketing efforts by managing and participating seminars, conferences and exhibitions
Build and maintain relationships with key business partners and internal teams, including our small business customers, copywriters, designers, product managers
Provide the team with strategic perspective about digital advertising industry and technology trends and the competitive landscape in Asia and beyond
Assist in building out and leading the internal marketing team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese a must
3+ years of relevant experience in a marketing leadership or similar role
Experience in running ads using Facebook Ad Manager and Business Manager, Google Adwords and Display Network
Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
You have directly managed product marketing at some time in the past
Knowledge and proficiency in popular web-based marketing tools
Good sense of visual design and understanding of web development strategies is a plus
Ability to clearly convey thoughts, ideas and recommendations
Strong team player
Experience working in a startup environment a plus
Good time management skills
Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
