As a Principal in our Client Solutions (Corporate - Private Equity and Hedge Funds) team you will work on multiple, complex projects that require you to leverage your arsenal of superior research and servicing skills to deliver successful engagements between our experts and clients.
LYNK has a growing roster of global and regional investment firms including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, asset management and sovereign wealth funds. You will be expected to understand the problems that LYNK’s investment clients are facing, and help them find solutions by helping them access the best information, by connecting them to the world’s leading experts spanning everything from agriculture to biotechnology.
Additionally, you will be expected to continuously develop and account-level growth initiatives to build our user base within your investment client accounts. You will be required to proactively recommend value added expert interactions to our clients to facilitate revenue, and build relationships across the board to establish yourself as the clients’ go-to-person for any research needs. Through exceptional client support, expert recruitment, and the occasional client dinner or happy hour, the Principal will build a strong foundation for LYNK, and pave the way for future growth.

End-to end client communication: quickly lead designated accounts, liaise with and build relationships with management consultants, corporates and other clients
Execute expert engagements: manage and undertake research on a wide range of industries, gain thorough understanding of project needs and objectives to recommend the most relevant subject matter experts for each request
Identify and recruit high calibre industry professionals to join Lynk’s expert network using our proprietary research technology and desktop research skills
Be on top of relevant industry news, stock price movements, earnings season, macro fundamentals in order to proactively recommend value-added expert interactions.
Arrange and conduct in-depth and informed conversations with experts, assess their expertise and vet their suitability for projects by learning about their professional background, industry developments and trends
Troubleshoot queries from LYNK’s experts and other external stakeholders
Brainstorm with management and business development teams on various initiatives, collaborate and contribute on strategies to support LYNK’s growth
Experience in equity research and equity sales, as well as experience working with hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, asset management will be a plus
Positive, ambitious, energetic self-starter with an ability to succeed in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment
Excellent communication skills with a excellent command of English; fluency in another language is a plus
Experience dealing with client servicing, project management, recruitment is a plus. Front end experience is also desirable.
