Job Content

  1. Business development and key account management of employer clients
  2. In specific, including customer research, identify and prioritize clients, onsite visit, business engagement and customer service.
  3. Co-work with Marketing partners to define promotion strategy of employer clients and jobs and to generate necessary contents.
  4. Collect market information co-work with the IT team and advise the web development.
  5. Partnership management with current and potential business partners.


Must have

  1. At least 3 year Business Development/ Marketing/ IT or related experience
  2. Proficient English at least business-negotiation level
  3. Can prepare marketing or sales kit materials and demos independently 
  4. Strong operational and accounting knowledge
  5. Passion and ambition, can work in very intensive, high challenge and fast pace circumstance
  6. Ability to identify new business opportunities markets — new markets or partnerships

Good to have

  1. Blockchain and cryptocurrency Knowledge and trading experience is a major plus.
  2. Proven record achievement of business development or engagement
  3. International startup working experience
  4. Work, study or live in more than 2 countries
  5. Cross-functional experience, e.g. software engineer + human resource
  6. Native English speaker or has the second foreign language
