As a Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and development, to pitching and closing the deal. Together with our Sales team, you will be helping us grow and expand our portfolio of restaurants across Taiwan.

Job Description

Oddle is currently looking for highly-motivated Sales Executives to work with our team in establishing our market presence in Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do:

  • Grow and expand our portfolio of restaurant accounts 
  • Reach out to restaurants and merchants in demonstrating the value of Oddle solution in streamlining restaurant operations and to increase their online presence
  • Generating new business opportunities to fuel your pipeline via various channels, be it cold-calling, e-mail or visiting targeted restaurants
  • Customer relationship management and retention
  • Identify merchants challenges or concerns and convince them on how Oddle solution can address and add value to their business
  • Passionate about customer service

Who You Are:

  • Possess at least 2-5 years of experience in direct sales. Experience in the F&B industry will be advantageous.
  • Determined and results driven and self-motivated to hunt/achieve company KPIs and targets under pressure
  • Good time management, able to work with minimal supervisio
  • Good Team Player and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to negotiate and convince
  • Bilingual with proficiency in Taiwanese Mandarin and English to communicate with our HQ in Singapore

  • 將Oddle解決方案的優點介紹給餐飲食品業者,協助他們建立線上訂購網站以及教學,確保其使用方向正確。
  • 能透過電話, 電子郵件或與獨立陌生開發拜訪潛在客戶,拓展市場,以達成每月業績目標
  • 負责跟進客户,维持客户關係
  • 了解客戶需求,懂得靈活思考以確保Oddle可以發揮協助客戶最大化的正確方向 
  • 熱心! 服務第一!

我們期待你具備:

  • 具有2-5年的業務相關經驗,如有電商或餐飲業開發相關經驗將優先考慮 
  • 高企圖心,有遠見,樂於具難度的自我挑戰,擅溝通、邏輯力理解力強、喜歡動腦想辦法解決事情、自律性高、懂得安排自己的工作時間,具團隊配合度精神並能達到公司的每月業績目標 
  • 流利的中文與良好的英文書信溝通技巧有加分 (新加坡同事英文溝通者占多數) 
  • 你是一個開朗正面樂觀,並充滿活力且好相處的人! 可以自主掌握新業務並使 其不斷的增加! 
  • 對美食的敏銳度高,真正替餐飲業者著想共同創造雙贏,喜歡找尋台灣大街小巷的餐飲店家
