We need someone who can be the Robin/Batgirl to our Batman (account managers) and gets the job done. If you have the empathy to anticipate clients’ needs, patience to manage their expectations and the persistence for sales, this position would be perfect for you. Being a Customer Success Hero includes responsibilities for Customer Success activities (e.g., on-boarding, support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention, etc.) and outcomes (e.g., renewals, up-sell, etc.). Responsibilities

Assist account manager in the following Customer Success activities:

  • Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
  • Increase retention rates and reduce churn
  • Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
  • Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability

 

Skills Required

  • Experience in customer-facing functioned preferred
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth; they win, so you win
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player
