This position will have operational administrative responsibilities:
Run procurement processes. Buy equipment/services needed by employees. 99% of these are online credit-card transactions.
Triage incoming emails directed at the company’s general inbox. These might be invoices from suppliers, notifications from vendors, subscription renewal messages, and various miscellaneous issues. Some you’ll handle yourself, others you’ll forward to the relevant department.
Produce reports for various areas of the business.
Support the Finance Manager and assist the office admin team as needed.
You will report to one of the Finance and Operations Manager.
