Your Team

With our core "premium network" we developed a product that is so valuable to our customers that they are willing to pay for it! We build mobile and web based products which enable our users to connect and communicate with each other, while we also provide the interaction between our platform and our user wallet. We constantly challenge our existing business models and work on new innovative products. Our unit currently consists of nearly 70 people in 5 agile development teams, and we're not done growing yet.

Your Tasks

Advocate for maintaining a high-quality bar, making sure quality and testing is part of the development work from the first day on.
Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.
Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout product life cycle.
Support product owner with writing user stories, make sure that all requirements are met.
Improve existing test automation framework and test coverage.
Be the gatekeeper for new features in Web and Mobile and control what can be shipped to our users.

Job Description

Main requirements

  • You are a curious and courageous engineer with at least 2 years of experience in testing web and/or mobile applications.

  • You are a clear and precise communicator who is alert and proactive.

  • You possess an agile mind-set, fast to adapt to constant changes and comfortable with it.

  • You are keen to keep on learning about technical topics and also happy to share your knowledge and experience.

  • You feel comfortable digging into the architecture of systems looking for potential problems.

  • You always know one more way to improve things and you know when "good" is "good enough".

  • You are experienced with web development tools and architecture, version control systems (e.g. Git) and continuous integration (e.g. Jenkins).

  • You experience with automated testing with e.g. Selenium, Capybara, SitePrism

  • Mobile test automation experience would be a great plus (e.g. Calabash).

  • You are a proficient English speaker
