JOB DESCRIPTION

CrescoData is an exciting start-up in the eCommerce space. Headquartered in Singapore it works across industry verticals, partnering with top tech companies to deliver Omni-channel marketing services to clients across Asia Pacific.

This is a unique opportunity to work in an agile market-leading start-up in a fast growing sector. The successful candidate will be someone who has a strong appetite for learning the finer details of the CrescoData platform and handling technically oriented tasks directly. They will be the customers’ main go-to ‘product expert’, building their knowledge directly from the CTO and developers.

 

Responsibilities:

Working with a wide range of businesses in the APAC region to deliver CrescoData projects on time and within budget. Working closely with the development team to deliver integrations and support the existing client base.

 

Technical Consultant job duties:

Working with the growing CrescoData client base:

- Onboard setups for new and existing clients

- Support existing setups to foster growth and retention

- Be CrescoData’s customer-facing voice

Develop an in-depth understanding of the CrescoData platform

Enhance the technical and client facing documentation

Maintenance of service desk and project management tools

Delivery of reports to present an image of client projects outlining delivery times, issues and suggested improvements

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to understand and maintain technical setups. Ability to maintain a bridge between technical and commercial departments.

Understanding of service desk and project management tools.

Ability to work closely with clients to understand requirements and outline these in clear language both in documentation and internally to the technical department.
