JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a key leadership hire and will report directly to the CEO.

About The Job

- Operations Responsible for strategic operational performance of current services across the region (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong)

- Customer service Maintain and exceed current service offerings to all business partners

- Growth Build and manage a regional team to quickly grow business capacity by >10x

- Warehousing Manage and coordinate all activities related to warehousing, reselling and deployment of products

- Efficiency Continuously drive initiatives to increase efficiency and integration of our regional operations

What You Should Have

- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills

- At least 6-8 years experience, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, insurance, or operations management

- Strong analytical skills to drive actionable insights

- Passion to hustle and work in a fast paced startup environment

- Fluent in Mandarin (read and write) and English
