Understand the sales objectives for existing and new products and regions and exceed sales quota targets.
Develop field sales action plans and implements these through consistent high volume phone call and field sales activity to target markets.
Maintains clear market insights by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Being accountable for their own actions and results and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related team results as needed.
Working together within a team and being able to voice opinions and ideas
To proactively develop professionally by attending events; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
At least 2 years of B2B sales position from multinational companies or equivalent organizations. Experience from hotel sales, event sales or leasing sales will be highly regarded.
Has a positive, eager, and responsive attitude and ability to attain targets
Being outgoing and personable with an approachable social attitude
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Prior experience in using a CRM
Excellent negotiation skills and market knowledge
Fluent in English and Cantonese
