Job Description

Job duties:

Business Development

Presenting the company and pitching the company services
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Develop partnerships according to the strategic plan of the company
Supervise and improve customer service


Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
Overseeing the social media strategy for the company with the help of the community manager (incl. budget, planning, content)
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
Organise offline and online events
Review and test new technologies or new channels of acquisition
Evaluate and improve end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points


Developing an integrated communications strategy for the company across several channels
Building and implementing communication plan
Developing press relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline
Writing press releases and articles about domestic workers, company events or any relevant topics


Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications or related field
3+ years of experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Fluent in both Cantonese and English. French is a plus.
Excellent written communications and presentation skills are essential
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adwords, Hootsuites…) and mailing systems (e.g. Mailchimp, SendinBlue…)

Salary range / month :  HK$ 20k-40k
