Responsible for developing long-term relationships with a wide range of different industry portfolio of clients. Connecting with key high level business executives and stakeholders. Manage, develop and strategize pipeline of opportunities.
1. Client Relationship Management
Manage a key account portfolio. Clients based around the world, in a wide range of different industries.
Develop and strategize the pipeline of opportunities.
Ensure assigned accounts are being managed, and orders are being fulfilled in the expected timeline.
Attend to, investigate and implement necessary actions to address concerns, or escalated issues.
2. Account Management
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers.
Forcast client order volumes on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Set expectations for supply chain stakeholders and plan any extra labour or other resources needed.
3. Team work
Work with all departments to develop operational improvements and product features.
4. Daily Operations
On a daily basis, check all orders processed and ensure all gets fulfilled.
Communicate with 3PL for urgent issues and cases that need to be shipped out.
Education - Degree Holder of any relevant course
Experience - 2+ years in e-commerce/ logistics (preferred)
Familiarity with e-commerce shopping cart platforms, crowdfunding campaigns, and e-commerce marketplaces.
Fluent, preferably native English speaking skills, due to clients are mostly international businesses. Chinese speaking is a plus. Any other international language is an advantage.
Microsoft Office applications is a must: Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
Experience in B2B relationships. Experience in a tech start-up environment is a plus.
Communication and Interaction skills
Willing and able to work on extended hours, weekends, rest days or holidays.
Willing to travel locally and internationally.
Equity part is negotiable.
Salary range / month : HK$ 20k-40k
