Our business has 4 core components:
Designing the perfect night's rest. Based in California, our R&D team uses a consumer-focused design approach to design and test the most innovative materials to create the perfect mattress, pillow and sheets.
Offering a delightful shopping experience. We drive sales through a content-rich, easy-to-use website as well as a unique offline retail experience (ie, pop-up bedrooms around HK). Even in our physical locations, customers will buy our products on our website.
Improving the customer experience. We will offer free delivery, 100-night home trial, and free returns. We will have multiple integrated touchpoints with the client: in store, livechat on the website, whatsapp, email, and/or phone.
Offering luxury products at affordable prices. All our products are designed using 5-star hotel-grade materials -- and the best thing is, by selling primarily online, we're able to sell a luxury product at a fraction of the price of traditional retailers!
As an early stage company with rapid growth ahead of us, Hush Home is looking for a dynamic entrepreneur to join as our Retail Strategy Manager. As the manager of our retail team, you will create and drive our brick-and-mortar strategy, from selecting our first pop-up locations to designing the look and feel of our first permanent location. You will perform an important role at the frontline (as our brand ambassador) as well as the backline (as the key person driving reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for showrooms, pop up stores, and partnerships). We expect our retail strategy manager to drive a creative retail strategy in today’s omni-channel retail environment, provide personalised and hospitality-driven services to customers, and maximize sales, profitability and retail performance.

Create, design, and structure the customer retail experience -- from our very first store
Think outside the box in designing the unique visual appearance of our storefront and designing a memorable in-store customer experience
Develop retail strategy, recommend seasonal sales targets, and manage reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for retail location(s)
Develop and maintain reporting and analytics tools to ensure account productivity and inventory investment, in-season allocation, and replenishment targets are achieved
Develop topline business review of business vs plan (sales, margin, inventory, and turn)
Provide phenomenal service to every customer entering the shop
Help maintain a sales pipeline by collecting guests contact information and inviting people to trial our products; process in-store sales via our website
Assist with setting up and executing community programmes and events
Collect feedback from customers and think of ways to improve the customer experience
2 - 4 years retail experience at a major retailer and/or ecommerce brand
Fluent in English and Cantonese (additional languages, like Mandarin, are a plus)
Able to maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise
Experience in retail data analysis and demand planning
Great communication skills and passion in interacting with people
Must understand and appreciate experiential retail
Self starter; comfortable in entrepreneurial environment

Salary range / month : HK$ 20k-40k
