Role & Responsibilities:
Take charge of the talent acquisition function: metrics and reporting, university recruiting, recruiting operations (i.e. sourcing, initial phone screening, in-person interviews etc.) and recruitment branding strategy
Constantly develop, improve and execute recruiting processes and existing programs, and use creativity to develop and executive new methods to attract and retain talent
Oversee recruiting event calendar including Meetups, speaker opportunities, career fairs, and other events
Identify and manage third party vendor relationships (recruiters, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc) and university recruitment to fill our talent pipeline with diversity, depth, speed and quality
Strengthen our employer brand proposition to sell the organization and create a consistent and engaging candidate experience
Develop and build the recruitment brand including company’s presence on employment events and job/career fairs and professional and social media sites including glassdoor.com, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, university career sites, etc..
Preform other HR tasks as assigned.
Degree holder with at least 5 years of working experiences as recruiters (technical recruiting).
Recruitment agency experiences is a must.
Experiences recruiting for hi-tech, startup company, investment bank is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese (Mandarin is a must & Cantonese)
Experience with a wide variety of sourcing tactics, progressive interview and evaluation tactics
Experiences in regional recruitment is a plus
Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills and superb presentation skills in order to attract and retain talent
Interest in cryptocurrencies, digital asset exchanges and blockchain technology is a plus
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and team oriented environment
This is a 3-6 months’ contract position with opportunity to lead to full time employment.
