Digital Marketing Manager
Biorna Quantics is a preventative healthcare technology start-up that allows people to map out their unique journey to optimal health.
Through our bespoke home diagnostic testing kits we create the world’s most personalised meal, supplement and exercise plans to help our customers find their best physical self.
Founded in 2015, Biorna Quantics has been predominantly a B2B business selling direct to health clinics and gyms. We are currently building a team to launch the direct-to-consumer business aimed to reach the mass market. We are looking for motivated, self-driven, passionate marketers to help us deliver our complete solution for optimal health.
The Digital Marketing Manager oversees the digital marketing for the company.
Duties of the Digital Marketing Manager:
Managing the redesign of the company website and the launch of the new Biorna app with our internal tech team and partner agency.
Devising strategies to drive high-quality traffic to both owned entities once launched.
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
Working with our Production team on content creation from the social strategy.
Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Requirements of the role
Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
Experience in eCommerce, email marketing, and social media.
Strong understanding of broader marketing strategy with the interest and ability to be involved in non-digital execution when needed.
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
The candidate must be detailed orientated, able to prioritise projects and coordinate members of the wider team efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a start-up environment and be happy to get involved in cross-discipline activities as required.
English is a must, Cantonese is a bonus.

Salary range / month : HK$ 20k-40k
