In a year we built an innovative technology, put together the best people in the industry, handled more than 1 million orders from 10,000+ online sellers. We are now expanding our team of talented, international, young & hungry individuals to fuel this rocketship to the sky!
Work closely with the founding team to set acquisition plan and assign individual targets.
Act as a spokesperson for the organisation at sales events and conferences.
Train and motivate the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
Close deals. Convert visitors to users.
Search new potential clients and show them how Easyship can improve their shipping experience.
Maintain solid client relationships.
Onboard new clients to our platform.
Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the tech and partnership team to improve the product and user experience
Must be fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa is a plus.
Minimum 4 years of experience in sale/business development, with proven sales record.
Excellent communication skills. You enjoy talking to clients, understanding their problems, and closing deals.
High resilience in achieving goals – You don’t take NO for an answer.
Strong problem solving skills. You can analyze the current market and figure out new, creative ways to improve the conversion rate.
Is tech-oriented. You don’t need to be a developer, but have to be passionate about tech, web, eCommerce, and all its applications.
Great team player that can work under pressure and run the extra mile.
Equity part is negotiable.
Salary range / month : HK$ 20k-40k
