Job Summary

● Utilize regional marketing strategy and insights to create a hyper-local marketing plan best suited for your unique challenges and opportunities
● Create and execute local marketing campaigns & partnerships to further drive brand awareness and brand love - this will include everything from event activations to influencer programs
● Evaluate and assess implications of marketing business impact in region
● Implement a regional/country test-and-learn approach, defining any region-specific campaign learning frameworks and testing new measurement & research platforms as necessary
● Report regional marketing performance, including analysis of likely performance drivers and any recommended adjustments to strategy going forward
● Set campaign and social KPIs
● Develop and nurture relationships with influencers - including bloggers, youtubers, media partners and industry thought leaders
● Responsible for managing all marketing within taiwan - this involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets

Job Description


  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company with the help of the Sales manager (incl. budget, planning, content)
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Organise offline and online events
  • Review and test new technologies or new channels of acquisition
  • Evaluate and improve end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points


  • Developing an integrated communications strategy for the company across several channels
  • Building and implementing communication plan
  • Developing press relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline
  • Writing press releases and articles about domestic workers, company events or any relevant topics


  • Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
  • Excellent written communications and presentation skills are essential
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adwords, Hootsuites…) and mailing systems (e.g. Mailchimp, SendinBlue…)
  • You will be working with  Digital Marketing agent.
