Its intuitive and automated system will help business owners focus on their core business without the hassle of managing payroll. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Do you have the business savvy and the technical background necessary to establish Gpayroll as a key technology platform provider? If you are a team player who is prepared to work in a high-volume environment and be customer obsessed, you’ll be a perfect fit. Exciting roles are available in our regional office.

Job Duties:

  • Work with Marketing Team to identify keywords used for Search Engine Marketing
  • Develop and qualify inbound leads & opportunities within SMBs and large enterprises
  • Prospect and identify decision makers at target companies and lay the foundation for a strong, long lasting relationship
  • Conduct product online demos and guide customers on step-by-step setup
  • Meet or exceed response times for all inbound requests
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities and results on
  • Communicate courteously with customers via telephone, email, online portal
  • Proactively resolve product or service issues upon the customers’ needs 
  • Investigate to pin-point root cause of issue, come up with best resolution plan, implement and follow up
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Make every potential Gpayroll prospect happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size or likelihood of closure

Skill Sets & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree  with 2-5 years of experience in sales & marketing and customer support (experience in payroll/HR industry is a plus, but not required)
  • Passion for technology and a strong drive to navigate small and large organizations to share your knowledge about the product
  • Work independently to cover accounts and drive revenue
  • Aggressive, results-oriented, attentive to details
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills (Bilingual: English and local country language)
  • Desire to work and wear more than one hat in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • A positive attitude and ability to excel under pressure, customer service oriented
  • An unmatched desire to learn
