Job Description


As a Business Development Associate, you will:

Conduct high volume prospecting (telemarketing/email campaigns) to generate qualified leads (between 40-60 calls per day)

Work closely and collaboratively with an assigned Sales Executive to strategize and implement prospecting efforts and plans

Work internally with the management to ensure proper control in sales outreach efforts and solution demonstrations

Schedule online/offline meetings for an assigned Sales Executive

Drive potential prospects through the sales funnel to identify qualified leads with immediate and near-term needs

Selective outbound sales efforts (events/trade shows) to generate interest in the company’s suite of data solutions




Compulsory Requirements:

Singaporean Citizenship / PR

A Good Diploma/University Degree in any discipline

Able to communicate in English with native fluency

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)

Basic understanding of Information Technology (Cloud, Servers, Internet, HTML, CSS, Java etc.)



Preferred Qualifications:

Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career

Have demonstrable past experiences of working independently and driving initiatives forward

Competitive and a good comprehension of existing IT trends such as RPA, Data Analytics, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, etc.

Strategic in thinking with a high bias towards action

Highly motivated and passionate about the IT industry

Able to face with rejections and objections on a daily basis and the empathy to convert prospects
