Job Summary

We are looking for a talented, motivated and experienced Professional Service Engineer for supporting customers. The candidate is expected to have strong communication, must-have attribute and ability to learn quickly. You will directly discuss with the customer and provide tier-2 support.

Job Description

1. Minimum of 5-year experience working with embedded system(including 1-year customer facing at least)
2. C programming and debugging skills
3. Embedded RTOS(FreeRTOS, ThreadX) and Linux Application experience
4. Networking experienced is preferred - Wi-Fi, ZigBee, Bluetooth, Restful API
5. Ability to multi-task & prioritize, highly organized & detailed Oriented

1. Strong experience in Linux and MCU
2. Strong communication skills are preferred
3. Script language (Python, Shell)

1. Provide the technical support for the Ayla products
a. Architecture
b. Development
2. Act as third level of support responding to customer inquiries received through e-mail, telephone or other communication method and related to any range of the Ayla products. Make inquiries to determine the nature and extent of problem and to isolate areas of concern. Identify causes of problems and provide solutions to customers. 
3. Develop technical solutions & guides and anticipate different programs
a.QA test program
b. Utility development
c. Documentation
