Salary: £25,248 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term: 9 months in duration (Full time)
The Patrons Co-ordinator role is an exciting opportunity to enter the Development department of the British Museum and gain a breadth of relevant experience and specialist training. The Development department provides vital support for the Museum’s fundraising activities.

The post-holder will provide support to the Patrons team, enabling positive relationships with the Museum’s Patrons and Departmental Supporter Groups. In this role, you will need to maintain the highest levels of organisation in administering the Patrons scheme, and to be enthusiastic in providing an excellent service for our Patrons, taking a proactive and considerate approach when thinking of the important relationships held between the team and the Museum’s Patrons.

Educated to degree level, or equivalent, the ideal candidate will be IT literate and will have a strong knowledge of databases. You will have demonstrable knowledge of working within a Development office or other customer facing profession.

We are interested in hearing from candidates who are resourceful, logical and analytical. With a proactive approach, you will maintain a strong attention to detail and will be able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative. The willingness and ability to undertake duties as required by the needs of the office, and availability to work occasional evenings, is essential.
