BloomMe is Hong Kong’s leading spa & salon booking platform that connects users to over 1600 of HK’s best spas & salons. BloomMe allows users to browse, book and pay for beauty treatment in 60 seconds or less using the app. Payment is handled in the app via credit card. Spas & salons join the BloomMe network as a means to fill their empty inventory time-slots, reducing overheads and as an avenue for gaining new customers.
As Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans in order to acquire new users, convert them into customers and retain these customers through making repeated spa & salon bookings in the BloomMe app.
Our goal is to make BloomMe ubiquitous with booking spas & salons in Hong Kong.
You will work directly with Local Marketing Manager to organize and implement marketing activities both on and offline. This role also requires liaising with the Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to ensure marketing campaigns are carried out in an effective and coordinated fashion.
Create & plan marketing campaigns along with budget and performance reports & forecasts for review and approval by COO & CEO
Work with Local Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with product offering & branding, exploring synergies between English & Chinese campaigns whenever possible.
Develop & implement online advertising on Google and Facebook to generate new users & monitor each channel’s efficacy in conversion from downloads, to users, to customers.
Create Social Media Plan & content plan for each month with Social Media Manager.
Assist in creating video content with Social Media Manager
Develop online content & SEO strategy to ensure BloomMe website ranks highly for select keywords.
Work with freelance blogger to decide on content direction and integration with marketing plan & campaign objectives.
Monitor BloomMe application & liaise with spas & salons to ensure spa listings, treatment names, deals, are aligned with overall marketing plan.
Develop relationships with spas and partners to develop offers that can be offered in the BloomMe App to encourage booking activity
Develop in-app marketing as necessary to engage with app users.
Develop eDMs to include blog post and other content to increase user engagement.
Develop events calendar by exploring collaborative event opportunities as well as developing events hosted by BloomMe.
Explore & develop relationships with partners to devise cross-brand synergies and mutual promotion where appropriate and maintain database of contacts.
Ensure all marketing and promotional activities are in-line with branding guidelines.
Measure, monitor, and analyse past marketing and app behaviour & compile monthly reports with recommendations and forecasts.
Advanced knowledge of Facebook Advertising Platform
Working knowledge of Google Adwords
Working knowledge of SEO & Content Marketing
Working knowledge of CRM / Zoho, including automation of tasks & reporting
Familiarity with data analytics (Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics)
Fluency in spoken and written English a must, Cantonese a plus,
Self-motivated, responsible and hardworking
Successful candidates have:
Attention to detail and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
An interest in beauty, spas & wellbeing
Knowledge of Wordpress, or other Web CMS
Knowledge of Mixpanel or other mobile/app analytics software Knowledge of Zoho / Salesforce / Sugar CRM or other SaaS CRM software
Proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns with positive ROI
Basic Knowledge of App functionality, limits & possibilities or experience in app design, HTML or web design
Creative & knowledgeable about marketing to women in Hong Kong
Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure
4+ years previous experience in above the line and below the line advertising in related market (Technology, Beauty, Wellness)
You will be working with Iella Koblenz, COO/Co-Founder .
Salary range / month : HK$ 40k-60k
