Job Summary

Responsible for understanding market and customer needs and developing product marketing & sales strategies

• Study the market through sales insights, market research; competitive analysis in order to provide inputs to product management team in systematic approaches
• Develop value propositions that differentiate the company’s products from competitors and communicate key product positions and messages to business teams
• Establish, maintain and update product marketing collaterals including product datasheets, proposals, presentations, use cases, competitive analysis, specification, feature list, release note, product description, etc.
• Support product management for launching new products & releases
• Develop and manage product marketing communications through emails, digital, social media and advertising, etc.
• Assist the sales team in establishing product pricing policies

Job Description

Required Qualifications:

• Product marketing & management experience in technology-based products and/or software products
• Highly proficient in business spoken and written in English
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Independent, self-motivated, and well organized with an analytical savvy; open to continuous change and varying degrees of responsibility
• Innovative mindset – ability to think creatively for new ways to enable growth and achieve impactful outcomes
• Fast learner with understanding of software/Internet/telecom related technologies
• A team player and be prepared challenge the team and to do what it takes to meet team goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the telecom industry. Understanding of RF, cell planning, radio network optimization, OSS, or related products is a plus
• Experience in Graphic software, such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc. is a plus
• Experience in UI/UX design is a plus
• Understanding of big data analytics is a plus
