Establish excellent guest relations and rapport in order to provide service of the highest standards to
maintain guest satisfaction.
Handle and follow up on guest complaints effectively.
Maintain high standard of cleanliness in outlet.
Check and follow-up and maintenance of outlet.
Assist in overseeing all associates during operations and ensure a smooth flow and consistent
maintenance of standards to meet and exceed guest expectations
Liaise with kitchen, food, and beverage store departments, and work together as a team to provide
guests with desirably high standards of Food & beverage service
Check regularly on stock requisitions and ensure that stock is sufficed for operational needs
Maintain the philosophy of quality, fast, efficient and courteous service and comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
Check on appearance and grooming standards and performance of the staff.
Assign responsibilities to subordinates

Minimum GCE N/O Level
Minimum one year of experience in the hospitality industry
