To act as the owner of our internal-facing applications and employee-support function. Due to his/her skills, he/she can solve most incidents directly. Core functions include:
IT Ticket/IT Call-Centre Handling
Document encountered problems and solutions to all problems encountered.
New employee on-boarding, off-boarding, and technical support.
Desktop, Laptop, Hardware, Software Support
Cloud applications support, include: office365, SharePoint, one drive etc
Work closely with IT head and FA team for office equipment/software purchasing
At least 2 years of experience in a System Administrator or related role.
Office365 product administration experience
Sense of service, sense of urgency, strength in communication, teamwork, processes and customer orientation, especially friendly and kind behaviour
Ticket system usage (JIRA, zendesk, redmine)
Administration of employee computers (Windows, Mac, Linux)
Basic knowledge of office networking (TCP/IP, wifi, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
Hardware management (inventory, setup, integration)
Employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
Communication tool administration (cameras, microphones, projectors, zoom.us)
Experience with compliance and standardization (ISO/PCI standards)
Telephony system administration (Digium)
External communications/vendor relations
Office 365 SharePoint Intranet knowledge
Salary range / month : HK$ 20k-40k
