We are looking for a passionate Talent and HR professional, who is up to speed with modern HR Management tools and ideas and likes to value-add to our growing agency by professionalizing our HR function.

  • Partner with Management in providing strategic HR support and assist in reaching business objectives through effective HR management
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Strategize with Hiring Manager with respect to their hiring needs,
    • source for relevant profiles and screen for incoming applications
    • Interview candidates
    • Manage the recruitment process
    • Ensure a smooth candidate journey from first contact to hire and onboarding
    • Provide regular recruitment updates to the management team
    • Build a talent pool / hiring pipeline
  • Contribute to a positive Employer Brand in the market
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and facilitate processes and policies making and implementation
  • Initiate and Manage Learning & Development for all staff
  • Find, screen and manage external partners for L&D initiatives, including training providers, mentors and online solution providers, as well as manage internal stakeholders
  • HR Admin
    • Manage work permit process for foreign hires
    • Manage and improve onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Manage payroll for Singapore, and prepare payroll for other countries in the region
    • Manage different types of leave, as well as claims to external agencies regarding refund
  • Liaise with external consultants, universities, and regulatory agencies on HR related matters
  • Benchmarking against other agencies (eg. job scope, remuneration)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR position with a strong background in Talent Acquisition and a good understanding of L&D
  • Able to liaise with people from different backgrounds and at all levels
  • Curiosity and growth mindset
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and constantly improve candidate experience and employee journey
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks and schedules
  • Able to exercise good judgement and discretion in managing situations
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player, resourceful and independent
