We are looking for a seasoned Business Development and Marketing Manager to to take full responsibility of our inbound marketing strategies including social media, blogs and lead generation.

An ideal candidate will be self-motivated and has a proven track record of business development, marketing and communication. You should be capable of radical thinking, developing new and innovative strategies to drive business growth. Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.


  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

  • Oversee a social media strategy

  • Generate and boost brand awareness through digital marketing

  • Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

  • Contacting potential sponsors and partners via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

  • Optimise the marketing funnels and generate massive ROI

  • Responsible for implementing inbound and outbound marketing strategies

  • Plan approaches and pitches

  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives

  • Analyse web traffic metrics

  • Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence

  • Receive feedbacks and generate ideas to increase user engagement

  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives

  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will generate new leads

  • Attending networking events


  • Fluent in English

  • Exceptional written communication skills

  • Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics

  • Expertise in social media platforms

  • Project management skills and attention to detail

  • Proven track record in business developement role or related field

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Ability to get on with people at all levels and influence them

  • Strong problem-solving and creative skills
