WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for defining the overall digital strategy for OnTheList. This will include leveraging advanced analytics to help OnTheList achieve growth target. 

Take a closer look at what the job entails

  • Define and lead the overall digital strategy, including which tools, activities and execution will deliver the best return to grow OnTheList database.
  • Direct the strategic development of the CRM program to grow loyalty customers, traffic and conversion rate. Ensure successful planning, execution and follow up of this CRM strategy.
  • Identify key drivers of retention (repeat visit) and loyalty and follow the premium program.
  • Host/co-host regular & on-going meetings with co-founders to drive & track progress of program performance.
  • Define and establish external resources and partners to service the global strategy.
  • Analyse, monitor and maintain customer database for all marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Manage, analyse and get the best return from the allocated budget.
  • Leverage key digital analytics, SEO, SEM, Social Media to monitor success of digital campaigns and shape future strategies.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

WHAT IT TAKES

Knowledge, experience and capabilities

  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills and high level of strategic thinking.
  • Broad experience in marketing digital campaign development and execution.
  • Deep-rooted understanding of an ever-changing digital landscape and advanced experience in project management.
  • Broad experience with digital production process and technical nature of developing digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and report on analytical data in an understandable and articulate manner.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital or a related field. Master’s Degree / MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years’ industry and / or relevant work experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese language skills.
