Team: B2C
Reports to: Head of Admissions
Works with: Head of Marketing, Head of Community


Role overview:

This role is designed to directly assist the B2C sales team in engaging with potential customers in the sales & market funnel. Since our founding just over a year ago, hundreds of students have graduated from both full-time and part-time courses; either starting new careers in emerging tech fields or upskilling with the most in-demand skills of the future to excel in their current professional roles.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as key point of contact for potential and new customer inquiries
  • Introduce product to potential customers about the offerings we have and to convert them into customers
  • Maintain daily sales log and monthly sales report
  • Work with marketing department to generate new ideas that will help increase lead generation


Job Requirements:

  • Professional, outgoing and self-motivated
  • Organized and able to work in a high pressure environment
  • Willingness to learn new and innovative technologies
  • Familiarity with MS office suite, CRM experience will be a plus
  • Programming ability will be a plus


Language requirements:

  • Fluent Cantonese
  • Fluent English (Reading, writing and speaking)
