Product Manager at Glints:

We are pushing forward the vision of augmenting recruitment efficiency with tech and at the same time helping young talent realizing their fullest potential in the careers. It's a big bold vision, and we have some ambitious goals and plans behind it. As a product manager, you'll join us on this crazy ride, as you take charge of an independent candidate-facing product line. The product manager is a simultaneously powerful and highly responsible role -everything under a product, be it design, tech or marketing, falls on your shoulders. In that sense, you'll be like a mini-entrepreneur, with significant latitude and internal support from the various teams to drive your goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Led technical teams to deliver web platform projects
  • Competence in business-enabling product road-mapping and managing project deliverables
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research
  • Basic competence in SQL querying and data analysis

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

  • Working experience with Javascript (Node.js, React)
  • Good grasp of UI/UX principles
