This is a sale / growth oriented position - performance will be measured by activities and results.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate the business health and performance of our B-to-C E-commerce websites regularly to identify room for improvement.
Plan and develop strategies and execute initiatives for revenue growth using marketing channels i.e., Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Site Optimization, etc.
Work closely with Web Designers, Operations and IT team or freelancers to manage and deliver projects and tasks to close.
Work closely with business partners, i.e., product suppliers.
Submit weekly business reports and quarterly business forecasts to our Management team.
Stay abreast of the marketing trends and requirements for EC business to continuously find ways to increase and grow our EC business.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Willing to learn new things and to continuously upgrade one’s skillsets and knowledge in line with the market trend and requirements.
Experience with “some” of the marketing programs (i.e., E-mail, affiliate, SEO/content marketing, etc.).
Knowledge and application HTML coding / CSS.
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords.
Experience with B2C E-commerce.
Minimum JPLT N1, to understand, speak, read, and write in Japanese. This is to liaise with our Japanese associates, customers, and suppliers daily in Japan.
