As a team member, you will:

  • Be part of our Development team, learn and integrate our development process and practices;
  • Communicate with our Experience team about the best way to build the solutions for our user’s problems;
  • Work together and be mentored by other members of our team;
  • Grow to have your own tasks and be responsible for your own work, handling both Back-end and Front-end challenges;

As a part of the Development team, you’ll be surrounded by a bunch of cool fellows (have you met RodriguesManuel and Luis?) who will help you thrive in your work!

Main requirements

  • Some experience programming (e.g. Ruby on Rails, Node.js);
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS;
  • Critical thinking, willingness to learn and attention to detail – most essential;
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).

Nice to have

  • Previous work with Git and Agile Practices;
  • Experience with SQL or PostgreSQL databases;
  • Portfolio of Ruby on Rails applications
