HR Manager

Fintech is the next massive industry that needs to be disrupted in Southeast Asia, the fastest growing Internet region in the world. Aspire is an early stage FinTech startup accelerated by Y-Combinator (#1 Worldwide incubation program).

ASPIRE PEOPLE team is more than just Human Resource. As a HR Manager, you'll be a champion of Aspire's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organisations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. 

You will be responsible for solving complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. You'll create create the end-to-end people strategy that will support Aspire team in realizing their ambitions. This will require you to think big, be comfortable challenging convention and, in some cases, to reinvent how work is done. You’ll partner with a cross-functional group across Tech, Growth, Operations, Finance to design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work.

Your responsibility

  • Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development
  • Promote the company values, mission and vision among the organization

Your Profile

  • Passion for start-ups and HR and recruiting 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Preferably with HR manager or generalist experience supporting senior leaders in companies
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change
