Who are we
Dexecure is a leading, Singapore-based, software-as-a-service(SaaS) company that uses proprietary, world-class technologies to automatically optimise high-traffic websites. We seek to hire a Sales Executive to pioneer its B2B sales to enterprises and larger companies, initially in the Southeast Asia region and later, globally. We are looking for experienced candidates with at least one prior engagement in a B2B software sales setting with a proven track record.
• Refine and manage all aspects of the sales process including lead generation, relationship management, closing and transition.
• Propose, negotiate, close and transition new customers within a consultative sales environment.
• Work with management to identify and develop targets and forecasts for products
• Consistently track, report and analyse the sales pipeline
• Maintain a powerful working knowledge of the direct and indirect competitors of Dexecure and of key accounts.
• Proven ability to self-manage to high performance standards, via the development of your own world-class consultative sales mindset, skillset and toolset.
Required skills and qualifications
• Successful track record in B2B enterprise sales within software or IT
• Strong ability to communicate value to both technical and business decision makers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong stakeholder relationships
Salary & compensation
Dexecure will provide an attractive compensation package with a fixed and commission-based salary.
