Tech in Asia is on a mission to help grow the tech and startup community in Asia and we’re expanding our team of user-centric, tech-savvy recruiters!

As part of our fast-growing team of Tech Recruiters, you’ll be working with talented individuals find a great job with a client list of well-funded start-ups/SMEs, regional unicorns, Silicon Valley listed internet giants and international multi-national companies undergoing digital transformation.

Like our clients, we’re looking for people who are self-starting, curious, resourceful, resilient and open to new ideas to disrupt the status quo in today’s recruitment industry. 

Passion for technology is also highly important to us.

  • Talk to clients and understand the profile of talent they need
  • Understand the needs of our talent so we can serve them well
  • Work closely with internal team to source for talent within the tech community
  • Curate applicants and connect promising talent to clients
  • Create plans and strategies to meet the needs of clients and talent
  • Track data, understand problems, adjust plans, and repeat.


  • Technical literacy is a highly preferred
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Can-do attitude and flexibility in a fast-moving environment
  • Being passionate and comfortable with a fun-loving culture
  • Preferably based in Singapore
