Job description & requirements
We are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition to be based in SG office. You will be responsible for shaping our recruitment strategy, building a strong network of talent pool and managing full-cycle recruitment efforts.
Work closely with the business functions to discover and understand the recruitment needs.
Understand our business, employee value proposition marketing, compensation and trends.
Actively search for top-tier candidates to build a strong network of talent pool.
Connect and engage with qualified candidates to develop a strong talent pipeline for key positions through various channels.
Explore new working relationships with recruitment agencies and manage the negotiation of recruitment service agreements at a group level
Manage all existing recruitment channels and job portals, and explore new channels
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
At least 1 year experience in talent acquisition in company or recruitment agency
Prior experience in recruitment for tech and/or fintech space would be an added advantage
Ability to influence and coach both candidates and hiring managers to reach the best job fit scenarios.
Ability to effectively hand multiple priorities and to communication with executive levels.
Excellent communication skills, proficient in both English and Mandarin
Passionate about recruitment, people and culture.
