Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties
  • Handling, sorting, updating and filing of documents
  • Request for Quotation, Follow up Purchase Order/Shipment
  • Match invoice, DO and PO, ensure correct billing prices
  • Maintain and update purchasing document/records

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Meticulous and willing to learn
