At Saleswhale, we are building an AI assistant that engages, qualifies leads and books meetings, for our clients, at scale. Our vision is to deploy an AI assistant for every company - to augment humans and abstract away mundane and tedious work.

We are looking for a Finance Manager to manage all our accounting and finance needs. You will be doing basic book-keeping and ensuring all our accounts and filings are up to date. You will also be liaising with customers to collect receivables and making payroll and payables to vendors. Besides that, you will be expected to keep track of all our business metrics and KPIs for our stakeholders.

We are proud to have an incredible list of customers, that includes some of the world's leading brands, such as Randstad, General Assembly, Unit4, Stratus Technologies and more.We are looking for someone who is smart, self-motivated and a good communicator, both written and verbal, to join us on the journey in building the AI sales assistant of the future. You will get to work side by side with a small team of innovators moving at breakneck speed.  

Start Date: First Week of August  

About You

  • Trustworthy & accountable
  • Detail-oriented and possess critical thinking skills
  • You are hungry, smart, persistent and able to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about sales technology and sales processes 
  • Intellectually curious and ambitious - interested especially in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
  • Knowledge in Xero accounting software preferred
  • Knowledge in Saas accounting & metrics a bonus
  • At least 1 year experience in similar role preferred
