Job Description

【Responsibilities】
1.Build and optimize effective lead generation process with Sales team.
2. Initiate the best practice of Google (paid search and display) and Facebook advertising campaigns. 
3. Optimize lead-gen process and ad campaign by implementing the latest trends, ad formats, bidding methodologies and processes related to ad ops technologies.

【Key Requirements】 
1. 5 years' experience in B2B marketing roles and familiar with leads generation process.
2. 5 years' experience in Google (e.g. search and GDN) and Facebook marketing.
3. Deep understanding of keyword research, ads structure and the creation of ads materials is needed.

#Other Requirements:
1. Background in SaaS, subscription, digital service, e-commerce, search platform, search engine, or agency is ideal.
2. Experience in video SaaS platform is a plus.
3. Experience in hosting offline lead generation event, such as workshop, tech conference is a plus.
