GAMICO is a platform where gamers can earn a living by playing video games. From casual mobile games to online multiplayer battle arenas. Gamers will be able to play, compete, and turn their passion for gaming into a paying career.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead external outreach, manage critical partnerships, and devise strategic plans for business expansion.

An ideal candidate would be a self-motivated individual who is able to approach and onboard large organizations and various stakeholders in the esports industry. You should be capable of developing your own strategies to bring our platform to new heights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for strategic partners, advisors, and external resources

  • Communicate our company and platform's vision clearly to our stakeholders

  • Identify gaps in our existing resources and seek the necessary external resources or recruitment needs

  • Hire external resources/freelancers and manage them in order to meet specific project needs

  • Onboard new strategic partners for Gamico in the esports and gaming industry

  • Manage our current esports partners and coordinate with them

  • Actively pursue new contacts within esports to grow our network and presence

  • Potentially provide a physical presence at esports events and visitations with partners

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required

  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills

  • Existing access to esports communities and relevant organizations is a large plus

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Experience working in startups is a bonus

  • Proven track record in account management or business development is a must
