Head of Growth

Through innovative technology tailored to small business owners, now they can access Fast and Small loans, and contribute to the real world. 

ASPIRE CAPITAL is a technology organisation that serves small businesses with convenient & inclusive financial services. We started Aspire with one thing in mind - serve small business owners with speed and simplicity. No long waits, paperwork, or hidden fees like other financial institutions - so business owners could concentrate to grow their businesses. 

Fintech is the next massive industry that needs to be disrupted in Southeast Asia, the fastest growing Internet region in the world. Aspire is an early stage FinTech startup accelerated by Y-Combinator (#1 Worldwide incubation program).

ASPIRE GROWTH drives the company in the revolutionary banking landscape. As a leader of Aspire Growth,  you will act as a key player & spokesperson for Aspire, growing our partnerships and shared vision as the industry evolves over the next few years. You will help to define the overall growth strategy and budget behind the ever-changing SEA ecosystem. You will lead a team across performance marketing, partnerships, content marketing & customer success and responsible for accelerating the growth and success of the revolutionary banking in SEA.  Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, growth at Aspire starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive the future of the banking industry through 10x thinking and motivating self and others to innovate
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies, including product roadmap requirements, balancing both short- and long-term benefits and vision for the company
  • Use your established network and new relationships to grow Aspire’s partnership across industries, and act as a spokesperson for the Aspire team externally
  • Lead performance marketing, including set-up, optimization and maintenance of Adwords, FB Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads. Drive innovation with frequent design and testing of hypothesis
  • Drive content marketing, conceptualize and implement social content calendar across media channels. Lead public relationships and forum seeding 
  • Own customer relationships, always listening and preempting their needs. At Aspire, whilst making the customers our priority, we leverage on technology & product improvement and let technology speak for itself
  • Collaborate effectively across teams, partnering closely with Tech, Operations, Finance, People to further develop our product and services to our customers 
  • Manage and grow a high-performing team, support the team in executing the vision of this company

Qualifications

  • Passionate for the internet and start-up industry
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 4-7 years of experience with experience of people management
  • Strong professional relationship-building skills and proven experience in developing sustainable partnerships
  • Significant experience managing and growing a team, and building followership toward a vision
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives from end-to-end of defining the vision and strategy, to driving and executing a plan.
  • Ability to leverage on technology and product development to drive growth strategy and innovate processes
  • Analytical, with strong, communication, and presentation skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.
