Job Summary

Handle customer sales inquiries ( phone, email or walk-in customers)
Customer service at front desk
Responsible for calling and SMS reminders to customers
Responsible for cashier duties and account for transactions
Attend all events, roadshows organised by the company
Provide advice and guidance on products & package to customers
Handling of other duties as assigned by the Manager

Job Description

Requirements:

  • Must be computer literate with good knowledge of MS office
  • Pleasant and service oriented personality
  • Must have good telephone etiquette
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Preferably with experience although training will be provided
