Job Description: 
The role of the Customer Support Specialist is a position that requires previous experience in the field of customer services. 

We are looking for someone who is able to patiently communicate with our clients (mostly US Amazon Sellers) via email and live chat. You must be willing to resolve any problem or answer any question that may arise regarding any of BQool’s products. 
Patience and commitment are essential traits of the most suitable candidate for this job. Having worked or studied in the US or Europe would also be a plus. 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Taking care of clients who have already subscribed to our software to provide impeccable post-purchase support. 
•Communicating with customers via email and live chat. Occasionally providing support and solving issues over the phone. 
•Providing helpful and friendly customer support to the customers that have already subscribed to BQool. 
• Building and leading a Customer Service team once you have familiarized yourself with both the duties and responsibilities required of this position and BQool’s suite of products.
