Job Description:

  • Development and implementation of brand strategy
  • Developing marketing strategy for new and existing products
  • Drive the digital marketing strategy, driving traffic and revenue through a portfolio of digital tactics and analytics oversight
  • Responsible for product and service marketing plan to grow membership market share and increase transactions
  • Overseeing implementation of marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR
  • Influences present and future product categories by determining and evaluating current and future market trends
  • Ensuring marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
  • Experience in O2O business and digital marketing
  • A marketing generalist, with at least 5-8 years experience in a marketing role
  • A portion of experience must include team leadership
  • Strong understanding and insight into Consumer end-user market and what is necessary to drive demand
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills and a structured thinker
  • A strong and mature leader who leads and creates tangible business impact
  • An owner’s mentality and high level of judgment
