We are looking for a reliable Business Operations Intern who will consult, support, and assist company's executives on a range of administrative and business related tasks. Your duties will include working on a one-to-one basis with the CEO and performing assignments in a well-organized and timely manner. We expect you to be proactive, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively. A successful candidate should be able to act proactively while understanding the company's needs.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Help to manage HR and Payroll

  • Proactively manage email, calendar, in-person meetings, and information flow; making sure that emails don’t go unresponded to and tasks are being completed

  • Document internal meetings and external calls

  • Research, organize, and update internal databases such as company Wiki and CRM (via Confluence and Pipedrive)

  • Manage external branding materials

  • Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors

  • Take on random tasks that are important to the founding team and Pluvio, but impossible to complete in between a day fully booked with meetings

  • Manage company Twitter and social media pages

  • Listen to podcasts and keep up-to-date on the latest industry trends

  • Sales engineering and programming fundamentals

  • SaaS programs

  • Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment

  • Good practical experience with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word, online calendars, and SaaS related programs
