Job description & requirements
We’re looking for someone to join our small dynamic team as our first Sales hire. Your job will be to get businesses on our platform and to use one of our solutions. Since we’re an early stage start-up you’ll be responsible for the whole sales process from lead generation to account management.
As the perfect candidate, you should be results-driven, enthusiastic and committed. You must also be excellent with people as most of your time will be spent communicating with a variety of stakeholders such as company reps and sales prospects.
We’re looking for someone who wants to be a meaningful contributor to our company and have a real impact on our growth.
This position is currently open and the right candidate could start straight away!
· Lead generation
· Outbound sales including cold calling and cold emailing
· Inbound sales
· Account management and Client success – making sure that all of our clients are using our products successfully and that we’re bringing them value
· At least a Diploma
· At least 2 years relevant professional sales experience with a track record of reaching KPIs
· Ability to communicate in basic Mandarin is a must
· High level of communication skills
· B2B sales experience is a large plus
· Outgoing, personable and confident
