【Good to Have】

  1. 3+ years of professional experience, with previous exposure to startups 
  2. Cross-disciplinary background in A) business, marketing, or project management and B) any of the following fields: medical, nursing, education, psychology, health management
  3. Related experience with disadvantaged families or developmentally delayed children
  4. Consultative selling or customer support experience
  5. Digital marketing and online community building experience.  
  6. Project or team management experience 
  7. Previous professional or personal experience in mainland China

【Job Responsibilities】

You will have the opportunity to quickly develop a range of skills in this role: 

  1. Leadership:
    1. Help build and eventually lead customer success & operations team in Taiwan while personally participating in implementation; assist in hiring & orienting speech therapists
    2. Coordinate with other teams in the company to drive new initiatives and product launches; reflect customer needs to rest of company
  2. Operations:
    1. Coordinate speech language pathologist team to provide remote communication therapy services, including: delegating workload, scheduling online consultations, updating treatment plans, overseeing creation of language evaluation reports
    2. Continuously optimize processes and implement new tools to support greater scale
  3. Support: Regularly communicate with parents and provide implementation support 
  4. Inbound Sales: Consultative selling to inquiring families, including online chat and calls; track & optimize sales process
  5. Marketing: Develop online / social marketing campaigns and activities to increase leads & engagement, including managing online community
  6. Project Management:
    1. Serve as on-the-ground contact for academic research cooperations
    2. Support organizational customers and pilots (may involve some travel as needed)
